TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Please read the information below; it explains your rights as well as your limitations. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS PLEASE DO NOT ORDER!

Pardon My Pretty makes every effort to match your order to your detailed request. We provide 100% natural virgin hair extensions and each bundle is from a different donor. We cannot guarantee exact color and texture. 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR TEXTURE AND COLOR DISSATIFACTION. 
 Due to the nature of our product (virgin wefted hair) and the possibilities of incorrect installs, unprofessional coloring, deciding not to seal wefts, washing, combing, brushing and any other procedure that alters the hair REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES ARE NOT APPLICABLE. All sales are final.

 

PAYMENT TERMS: All payments must be paid in full. All payments are accepted through PayPal’s secure payment system. Credit Card fraud and theft will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.          * Local Customers: 50% nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of placing order (only PayPal and cash is acceptable)

 

ORDER PROCESSING

PLEASE ALLOW 14 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO PROCESSED, THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOUR ORDER ISNT IN STOCK. They are pulled from stock and ready to be checked again then washed, air dried and packaged specially for you. DUE TO A HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS REGULARLY ESTIMATED PROCESSING TIME IS 14 BUSINESS DAYS BUT MOST ORDERS ARE SHIPPED BEFORE THIS TIME. Orders that are placed on the weekend will be processed the next business day. Processing is 14 days and Shipping is 2-3 business days by USPS. You will receive a tracking message from USPS when your order has been shipped. From there you can use this number to track your order. PLEASE FOLLOW UP WITH USPS ON THE STATUS OF YOUR DELIVERY. *Please note: Do not include Saturday and Sunday in processing time. (For custom wig unit services and professional coloring services please allow additional processing time.)

 

RETURN POLICY


All of our hair extensions go through a thorough process to ensure you are receiving top quality product before packaging and shipping. After this process your bundles are then custom packaged with Pardon My Pretty signature wrapping that keeps your investment in perfect condition until it reaches you.

Due to the nature of our products (virgin wefted hair)ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please be sure to have your order correct. Before altering in anyway thoroughly inspect your bundles without brushing or combing or aggravating the pattern and weft in any way. If something seems incorrect or unusual contact us immediately. If you feel the product is unusual contact us within 3 days of original purchase. There is a no return policy but we will happily address an unusual issue. Pardon My Pretty is not responsible for return shipping charges. If Pardon My Pretty agrees that the product is defective in any way, we will exchange or replace the item. (Must be equal or greater value.) If the item is checked and it is not defective we will return the item back to you with simple instructions to follow.

According to Federal Law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes unpackaging hair and installing. We follow strict policies due to hygienic concerns and federal law. Please return all items in original state for an exchange. 
Coloring, perming and processing the hair in anyway will void exchanges and replacements.

 

SHIPPING DELAYS


Always order your extensions at least 2 weeks in advance. Pardon My Pretty is not responsible for late shipments due to weather, holidays or carrier delays. Please ensure all shipping address information is correct. ALL SHIPPING INFORMATION MUST BE CONFIRMED BY PAYPAL. EMAILS WITH ADDRESS CHANGES ARE NOT PERMITTED. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS WITH PAYPAL!  If incorrect this will cause delays. USPS charges an address correction fee for items that have already been shipped. You will be responsible for these charges.
